    Our history

    Fiudi is a leading designer and manufacturer of superabrasive tools (diamond and PcBN), present in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, hydraulics, medical, and jewelry industries.     FIUDI srl Foundation
    FIUDI, based in Turin, was born from the idea of its founder Eng. M. Mantecchini with the introduction of the single crystal diamond in the local industry.

    FIUDI, based in Turin, has joined the Japanese OSG Group and has moved to its new headquarters in Rivoli (TO) both FIUDI and OSG ITALIA in the same plant.

    The merger with the OSG Group

    FIUDI was acquired by the Japanese OSG Group to strengthen both companies’ position in the European market.

    With more than 65 years of experience in the superabrasive tool industry, FIUDI has a reputation for excellence in the production of PCD, PcBN and single diamond tools. The partnership with OSG will allow both companies to strengthen their respective expertise, resulting in greater innovation and product development.

    With an established presence in the automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors, FIUDI will continue to provide advanced technology solutions. The managing partners are handing over the reins to the management of OSG Corporation, marking a new chapter for FIUDI, with the new corporate board ready to lead the company to further growth. The concept of teamwork is at the heart of this synergy, cooperating in achieving common goals.
