    Discover our range of Electrodeposited (E.D.) tools! Our E.D. tools are manufactured using a meticulous electrolysis process that fixes abrasive grains such as DIAMOND and CBN (cubic boron nitride) to metal surfaces. This process ensures high metal removal rates, profile consistency, long tool life and low operating costs.

    ABRASIVES

    Diamond: Diamond, the hardest element on the Mohs scale, is the ideal choice for machining extremely abrasive materials. Perfect for hard metals, ceramics, composites, fiberglass and carbon fiber, stone and marble. Where other tools fail, diamond excels, providing superior, long-lasting performance.

    CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride): When it comes to ferrous materials, CBN is the perfect solution. With a hardness just below that of diamond, CBN is ideal for machining high-speed steels, special cast irons and case-hardened steels. It overcomes the limitations of diamond at high temperatures and delivers outstanding results under the most difficult conditions.

    GRANULOMETRY

    Variation in grit size allows for:
    Coarse grits: High stock removal rates.Fine grits: High quality finishes.
    Classified to FEPA standards.

    COOLANT

    E.D. tools can be used dry, but the use of coolants extends tool life and improves results. Diamond tools: A water-based coolant with anti-rust emulsifiers is recommended. CBN tools: Sulfochlorinated oils are preferred.
